Does the person tapping need an app?

No. Their phone reads the card and opens your page in the browser. Nothing to download and nothing to type.

Which phones work with AliTap?

iPhone XR and newer read NFC on their own. Most Android phones from the last few years do too, as long as NFC is switched on in settings.

What can my card or tag open?

Any link: your contact page, website, Instagram, Google review page, online menu, booking page or a payment link.

Can I change where it points later?

Yes. Send a reprogramming request with your order number and the new link, and we'll update it.

Can you put my logo on it?

Yes. After you order, we email you to confirm your logo and layout before anything goes into production.

How long does shipping take?

[Confirm with AliTap] Orders are programmed, tested and shipped within X business days. Delivery inside the US usually takes Y to Z business days.

Are review tags allowed by Google?

Yes. A review tag just opens your review page, the same as sharing a link. What Google doesn't allow is paying or rewarding people for reviews, so ask every customer and don't offer discounts in return.

Is tapping a card safe?

The card stores a single link and nothing else. It can't read anything from the phone that taps it, and it holds no payment details.

Do you take team or bulk orders?

Yes. For five or more cards, send us a message with your team size and we'll set it up for you.
